The owner must manage two separate contracts that often create an adversarial relationship between the designer and the contractor. With Design-Build, the owner works only one contract with a single point of responsibility.

CWA's landscape architects and project designers take your vision and develop concepts and master plans that fit your project's budget.  CWA uses this master plan to create construction drawings to be used for estimating project costs and permitting. This plan includes site, planting, hardscape, and irrigation arrangements, and associated specifications and details. CWA can build your outdoor dream space once a project is designed and a cost proposal is approved.

CWA’s President and Lead Landscape Architect, Chris Dellago, RLA, is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture. Before founding CWA, Mr. Dellago worked for several global engineering firms providing landscape architectural design and project management. Mr. Dellago has spent his life in South Florida and has a vast knowledge of local flora and landscape construction practices. He has established relationships with local design professionals, contractors, and vendors, enabling CWA to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.
